OSINT & Corporate Intelligence
Open-source information becomes useful intelligence only when it is verified, contextualised and linked to a specific decision or investigative question.
OSINT can provide access to corporate records, media, litigation information, social platforms, technical data and many other public sources. The challenge is not simply finding information. It is determining whether the source is reliable, whether the information refers to the correct subject and whether the finding is relevant to the question being investigated.
R2N Partner uses open-source intelligence within corporate investigations, due diligence, asset tracing, reputational reviews and sensitive business decisions. Research can include corporate and ownership records, adverse media, regulatory sources, litigation, digital footprints, social media and relationship mapping, with the scope adjusted to the legitimate purpose of the engagement.
A disciplined OSINT process separates fact from inference. Findings are cross-checked where possible, uncertainties are identified and conclusions are framed according to the strength of the evidence. This is particularly important when common names, multilingual sources, incomplete records or online allegations create a risk of misidentification.
Corporate intelligence adds the analytical layer: connecting individual findings into a coherent view of ownership, affiliations, behaviour, risk indicators and relationships. The result is intended to support a decision, not simply provide a collection of search results.
